Who we are

Prawita Karya is an Indonesian vertical transportation company. We specify, install, maintain and modernize the equipment that moves people and goods through buildings — and we service that equipment regardless of which manufacturer originally supplied it.

That last point matters more than it sounds. Buildings change hands and change contractors, and many end up running a mixed estate assembled over decades. A single provider across all of it removes the gaps where responsibility gets lost.

How we work

The most valuable work usually happens before anything is bought. A traffic analysis during design, or a condition survey before a modernization budget is set, changes decisions while they are still cheap to change. Once a shaft is poured, the options narrow considerably.
