Eastern Green — LRT City

Project scope

Eastern Green is part of LRT City Bekasi, the transit-oriented scheme developed by Adhi Commuter Properti — a subsidiary of the state contractor Adhi Karya — on a 1.4-hectare site at Jatimulya, beside the Bekasi Timur LRT terminus. The development comprises two apartment towers and a mall. Prawita Karya installed twelve SJEC elevators and ten escalators across twenty-four floors, at rated speeds up to 2.5 m/s. Adhi Commuter Properti was formed in 2018 out of the transit-oriented development division Adhi Karya set up in 2015, and LRT City is the brand it builds under along the Jabodebek line. Eastern Green sits at the end of that line, at Bekasi Timur, with the eastern toll gate and the Transjabodetabek bus stop at the same point.
