Puncak CBD Tower A, B & C

Project scope

Puncak CBD is a three-tower residential development at Jajar Tunggal in Wiyung, on the western edge of Surabaya, developed and solely owned by Puncak Group. Prawita Karya installed eighteen SJEC elevators across Towers A, B and C, serving forty-three floors at rated speeds up to 2.5 m/s. Forty-three floors places it among the taller residential buildings in Surabaya. The development stands at Jajar Tunggal in Wiyung, on Surabaya's western side close to the city toll road and Jalan Menganti, and offers unit types from studio to three bedrooms. Forty-three floors makes it one of the taller residential buildings in the city, and because it is three separate towers the eighteen lifts are distributed between three cores rather than banked in one.
