Project scope

RSUD Kota Depok is the municipal general hospital serving Depok, West Java. Prawita Karya installed eight SJEC S830 elevators rated up to 2,000 kg, together with two escalators, across buildings A and B. The rated load is the specification that matters here: a bed elevator needs a car deep enough for a bed with its attendants and equipment travelling alongside, so the car is sized by what has to fit rather than by how many people are waiting. The eight cars are SJEC S830s, serving buildings A and B together with two escalators in the public areas. Door width, levelling accuracy and car depth all follow from what has to be wheeled in and out rather than from how many people are waiting. Prawita Karya still maintains the installation.
