Surabaya's tall residential development is what most of our work here responds to. Puncak CBD Towers A, B and C took 18 elevators serving 43 floors at up to 2.5 m/s — a group sized for the downward morning peak that residential towers face, which is the opposite pattern to an office building.
A branch office rather than an agent matters for response time. Maintenance and emergency attendance run from Surabaya rather than from Jakarta, which removes a flight from the response chain when a lift goes out of service.
The branch also carries its own sales and SJEC marketing contacts, so specification conversations for East Java projects do not have to route through Jakarta.
