Jakarta concentrates the building types that make vertical transport difficult: high-rise offices with sharp morning up-peaks, hospitals needing bed lifts and redundancy, malls running escalators through the whole trading day, and transport interchanges moving continuous crowds.
Our largest Jakarta work has been transport infrastructure. The KCIC Halim high-speed rail station took 13 escalators and 8 elevators, and the adjacent LRT Halim integration added 4 escalators, 2 elevators and 2 moving walks — equipment specified for continuous public duty rather than commercial traffic.
The Depok warehouse and workshop matters more than its address suggests. Holding parts locally is what turns a spare part request into a same-week repair rather than an import lead time, which is the practical difference between a lift being out for days or weeks.
